Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Coinzy Discord application and related services. By adding or using Coinzy, you agree to this agreement.
Last updated: April 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Coinzy (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service. Your use of Discord is also subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Description of the Service
Coinzy is a cryptocurrency wallet and social payments experience built for Discord servers. Depending on configuration and availability, features may include:
- Wallets and balances linked to your Discord identity
- Deposits and withdrawals for supported networks and assets
- Tipping and peer-to-peer transfers between users
- Vaults, airdrops, and other community tools exposed through commands
- Readouts of balances, fees, and transaction status in chat
Exact commands, chains, and assets may change as the product evolves. Coinzy does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Eligibility and Discord account
You must have a valid Discord account and permission from server administrators to add Coinzy where required. You are responsible for securing your Discord login (including two-factor authentication where available). Activity performed through your account is treated as yours.
4. Irreversible transactions
Blockchain transfers, tips, withdrawals, vault releases, and similar operations may be final and irreversible once confirmed. Always verify amounts, assets, networks, and recipient addresses before confirming. Coinzy is not obligated to reverse on-chain activity.
5. Fees
Deposit-related fees
Fees may apply when funding or routing deposits. Representative values (subject to change without notice) include:
- Solana 0.0002 SOL
- Polygon 0.04 POL
- Litecoin 0.0002 LTC
- Stablecoins 0.02 tokens
Network & withdrawals
Withdrawals may incur blockchain network fees paid to validators or miners, not to Coinzy. On some networks (for example Solana), additional rent or account-creation costs can apply when a receiving wallet has not previously held a given token. Displayed estimates are indicative only.
6. Vaults and time locks
When you use time-locked vault features (for example .vault), funds remain inaccessible until the lock expires according to system rules. Support will not bypass vault policy except where required by law.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Use Coinzy for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service beyond permitted use
- Harass users, spam commands, or overload infrastructure
- Misrepresent affiliation with Coinzy or Discord
Server owners and moderators remain responsible for their communities’ rules in addition to these terms.
8. Wallets, custody, and risk
Crypto assets involve substantial risk, including volatility and total loss. Coinzy exposes wallet flows inside Discord; technical and operational details may vary by chain. You are responsible for backing up critical information you choose to store outside the Service and for complying with tax and reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.
No security practice eliminates all risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinzy and its operators are not liable for losses arising from user error, third-party wallets, network congestion, smart contract behavior, or force majeure events.
9. Third-party data and availability
Price or market data shown in-product may come from providers such as CoinGecko or similar sources. Displayed values are indicative and may lag real markets. Coinzy may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend features; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
10. Changes to the Service or terms
We may modify Coinzy or these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with an update, stop using the Service and remove the bot from your server.
11. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact the Coinzy team through the support channels listed on the marketing site or in the bot’s official Discord when available.
